Delete item allows you to delete an item permanently from a Media Folder and from any Collections in which that item can be found, in order to make more space available. Please note: Items deleted directly from a Collection, from Search results or from the Clipboard will be removed from those areas, but the items will remain in your archive and will still be available for use. This is an important distinction and there will be a warning before you permanently delete an item to be sure that’s what you really want to do.
