Once you have identified which files you’d like to include in your archive, the first step is to UPLOAD them from wherever they are kept now and store them safely on our secure servers, which are located in Switzerland. When you have completed the upload, your files will be backed up and protected by some of the most sophisticated systems in the world, similar to the way leading banks safeguard your most valuable assets in their vaults.

To upload your files, click on the + Upload button located at the bottom left part of the screen (see #1) to launch the Upload page.

Choose the upload method you prefer each time. There are four convenient options.

Next, name the Media Folder and check to be sure the date is correct. You can then add a description, if you’d like as well. Click Start Upload.

The upload will take a few minutes, depending on the number of files you’ve selected, and then your new Media Folder will appear chronologically on the left side of the page, once the system has indicated that your upload was successful and that the items have been safely deposited into your account. All files are received and saved for your use in their original size, with no compression. An icon next to the Media Folder will identify the upload method used, such as having been sent from a computer, mobile device or by e-mail.
